VERTICAL COARSE FEATHER REMOVAL MACHINE
Product Overview:
Designed for coarse feather removal in poultry processing, this machine ensures the poultry
skin remains intact while achieving a high feather removal rate. The series offers multiple
configurations to meet various production requirements, available in Standard (4-box x 10-plate)
and Extended (4-box x 16-plate) models.
Structural Features:
The machine utilizes mechanical transmission, relying on the frictional movement between
poultry limbs and rubber rods to remove feathers. It features an A-frame support with easily
openable feather removal boxes for convenient maintenance. The box adjustment mechanism
includes height, width, and angle adjustments to optimize the feather removal process.
