Small Product Pre-chilling and Washing Equipment
This series of equipment is designed for cooling and pre-chilling poultry offal (such as heads, feet,
hearts, livers, and gizzards) as well as small cut-up pieces intended for individual quick freezing (e.g.,
wing roots, mid-wings, and chicken breast fillets). The equipment not only achieves rapid cooling but
also aids in acid removal and detoxification, improving the sensory quality and yield of poultry products.
The propeller is made of round steel, which also provides a tumbling effect during processing. This is a
unique product developed by our company, tailored to meet the specific needs of our customers.
Main Technical Parameters
This series is available in different diameters, including φ600, φ700, φ800, and φ1000, with lengths
customized according to customer production requirements and facility layout. The equipment is equipped
with a high-pressure blower system to enhance the washing, pre-chilling, and tumbling effects, thereby
significantly increasing product yield. The theoretical propelling speed ranges from 230mm/min to 500mm/min.
