Spray Scalding Machine for Poultry Processing Line
This machine is designed for loosening feathers and pre-scalding broilers after slaughter and before
scalding. By using high-pressure nozzles to spray warm water, the feathers of the broilers become fluffy,
enhancing the efficiency of subsequent scalding. Additionally, it effectively washes away any dirt attached
to the poultry, preventing contaminants from accumulating in the following scalding process. The machine
includes a filtration system that removes feathers and other debris, allowing for water recycling. The heating
method employs steam heat exchange. The machine is available in three configurations: single-line
straight-through, double-line straight-through, and single-line rotary, catering to different customer needs.
