Automatic Stirring Scalding Machin
The Automatic Stirring Scalding Machine is designed with steam heating pipes and electric heating
elements at the bottom of the tank (customizable per client requirements). The electric heating uses thermal
oil as the medium, where the electric heating tube heats the tank water via thermal oil. The steam heating
method uses steam pipes to heat the tank water.
The main shaft of the scalding machine is equipped with rubber sticks and a slotted scoop arranged in
a specific pattern. During operation, the corresponding buttons on the control panel are used to rotate the
main shaft either counterclockwise or clockwise. When rotating counterclockwise, the machine is in the
scalding state, effectively scalding the poultry with the help of the rubber sticks and slotted scoop, ensuring
uniform scalding. When rotating clockwise, the machine is in the discharge state, flipping the scalded poultry
out of the scalding machine and into the small nine-roller feather plucking machine for feather removal.
